Doctor's report . . .

Offically . . .

52 pounds lost to date. Seems she had me in her charts as being 4 pounds heavier than I thought I had been. Her scales and my scales are a few pounds off.

Blood pressure was 112/68. May get to reduce that medication soon.

Blood test, lab work and PSA numbes back in about a week.

My motivation to continue has been jump started . . .

Ever forward . . . ><>

Congratulations! As one who struggles to reach and keep a healthier weight, I might know something about what it takes to do what you have done and are doing. Isn't is great that we can gain by losing?

I sing in public . . . in front of people.

I play guitar in public . . . in front of people.

But . . . "I don't dance, don't ask me . . ."

I can't get enough liability insurance to ever hope to dance . . . I am too much of a risk to injure those nearby.

I don't feel dressed without having a pen, pencil and notebook with me!

I'm at the age where I pretty much know what I like to have with me in terms of every-day-carry.   I like 4"x6" sized notebook...
