Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed doing a duet of "Jerry's Breakdown." I forget how good of a guitar player Jerry Reed was . . .
Funny thing . . . Jerry was interviewed several times saying that if not for Chet Atkins, he would have never had a hit record.
In Chet's biography, Chet writes that he owed so much to Jerry for showing him some new stuff that revitalized Chet's career as a result.
Amazing . . .
I guess I should thank my friends Joe, Floyd, Alan and Sean for showing me guitar stuff, in the process inspiring me to become a better player.
I am blessed.
God's grace still amazes me . . . ><>
